Student Mid-Semester Progress Reports

Your success is our top priority at 91��Ƶ������վ. As we approach the middle of the semester, we want to make sure you are aware of resources that can help you thrive as you work towards completing your degree. If you could use some additional support or guidance, now is a great time to ask!

Mid-Semester Progress Reports provide instructors with an opportunity to share feedback regarding your academic progress during the first half of the semester. You may access your Mid-Semester Progress Report through  by clicking on the "My Docs" folder on your profile page.

Tips for Academic Success:

1. Check your assignments and grades

   You should check your courses on Blackboard regularly to ensure you meet deadlines and understand your grades. Mid-Semester Feedback will be offered as a general overview of success in the course, which can be found in  

   Did you know that a “C” average (2.0) is the minimum requirement for students to be in good academic standing? Some majors require an even higher overall GPA. Learn more about Academic Standing. 

2. Talk to your instructor

   If you are unhappy or unsure about your progress towards success in a course, you should first contact the instructor. Check your syllabus for the appropriate way to contact them or schedule a meeting. 

3. Visit the Tutoring Center

   Working with a tutor may be able to help you get back on track in a course. Visit their website for scheduling information. 

4. Meet with your Preceptor, or an Academic Advisor

   Preceptors and Advisors can help you look at the bigger picture and realign your path to graduation. They may also have knowledge of other campus resources that may help you get back on track. You can view your Preceptor in your Success Team or schedule an appointment with a general Academic Advisor in .  

5. Learn the different staff and resources in the school that houses your major

6. Check out the Academic Calendar

   Check the Academic Calendar to save the dates for precepting, deadlines to withdraw from a course, and more.

7. Use the "Hand Raise" feature in Ospreys Navigate

   You can submit a "Hand Raise" in Ospreys Navigate to get help and connect with different departments across campus.
